This slower paced and mindful practice is a restorative form of yoga recommended for all levels. This class establishes the foundation of yoga practice, with an emphasis on strengthening the core, breath work, meditation & stretching. It helps to stimulate that natural healing of the body, create a healthy balance of the mind, body, & spirit, resulting in mental and physical well-being.
