As a followup to our last month's book, The Crusades Through Arab Eyes, there's a series running on AWE TV (HD channel 669 on Verizon) that's called Ottomans vs Christians....it's pretty interesting and is a nice travel history view of things.

It's your typical history book, in terms of excitement. It is an interesting perspective on the Crusades.

Due to time constraints and other issues, I wasn't able to read much of the book. However, the discussion was extremely interesting, and the depth of knowledge of many of the attendees was impressive. I learned a lot!
