This class with focus on the flavors of Normandy France - mainly apples and cheese. We will start with a Camembert /Brie Crostini with Apple Mushroom Jam. The entree will feature Cider Poached Cod with Mussels, Potato Gratin and Green Beans with Walnuts and Dried Apples. Dessert with be a rich Apple Cake with Creme Fraiche.
The cost is $25 per person and needs to be paid when you RSVP.
