The month of April finds us continuing our search for unique ways to love and honor our physical bodies. On Tuesday, April 15th, Lisa Caplinger, certified holistic nutritionist, will be offering a presentation on "Food, Nutrition and Your Inner Buddha".
Our "inner buddhas" thrive on whole foods, mindful eating and so much more! We will be discussing ways to love our physical bodies while learning techniques for the kitchen and mind that can further our connection to our healthy selves. We will discuss the art of mindful consumption and the importance of avoiding processed foods.
We will also be exploring the topics of our connection to Mother Earth through fruits and vegetables and the divine energy found in the foods we consume. Part of our evening will consist of checking out some healthy recipes that can easily be incorporated into our daily lives. Recipes included!
