Getting to the Heart of Gratitude
Sometimes we can feel like our life is a struggle and people aren't always welcoming and friendly. We tend to focus on what we haven't received from others instead of seeing that in one way or another everything has come to us through the kindness of others. In this half day course we will learn how to uplift the mind with meditations on loving kindness and experience a special feeling of gratitude through understanding that we are all connected in a web of kindness.
During this half-day course on loving-kindness, participants will have the opportunity to explore these topics and increase their own experience of gratitude and their wish to benefit others.
