Due to negative states of mind, bad habits and carelessness, people sometimes say or do hurtful things. While finding the ability to forgive within our hearts is sometimes difficult, the mind of forgiveness brings us great peace. During this four-week series, learn how to forgive others and yourself with step-by-step methods derived from the Buddhist tradition. Everyone welcome.
Every class will begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided breathing meditation and the Liberating Prayer. After meditation, there will be a short teaching and time for Q&A.
Where to Find Us at the Circular Church
Enter from Queen Street and go to the far end of the parking lot behind the new addition to the Church. The class is held on the second floor; look for the signs pointing you in the right direction. Parking is free, even though there’s a sign saying you need to pay; Circular has reserved parking spaces at the end of the lot.
