Raw Potluck Reloaded

Hi!  I would love to continue our raw potlucks.  Understanding there is some misinformation out there on what is raw or not, please make everything vegan/plant-based, including no honey.  Any jarred/canned/heated/pasteurized items are not raw.  Everything should be soy (including soy sauces) free and gluten-free.  Any questions, please just ask.  This should be fun and a learning experience!  :)

While y'all are at earth fare can you tell the person in charge of the calendar that we changed the monthly veggie potluck to 1/8? They always put it on their outside chalk board for us :). Thank you!!! Have fun today!

Hi Stacy. I spoke to someone at the courtesy desk and left a written message. So hopefully they will put it up on the chalkboard for the right date. Thanks!

    Is onion powder raw?

    December 20, 2013

    • Darlene M.

Actually just looked it up on food.com. It's ground up dehydrated onion.

    • Cherie!!

yeah, i doubt it's a huge deal. they might dehydrate in ovens at high temperatures, but using raw onion or leaving it out wouldn't be a big problem. :D can't wait to see you!
