January 1, 2010 I did my first Daniel Fast with my goal being 21 days and it went so well that I actually did it for 3 months. Following that I began to eat a vegetarian diet. I then read about raw and plant based diets. June 1, 2013 I began eating a plant based diet. The why is because I have suffered from GERD for many years and needed to do something to help myself feel better, have more energy, and maintain a healty weight.
I haven't found a favorite place since going Vegan although I do like the black bean burgers at Sesame.
I eat a plant based diet (since June 1, 2013 after 3 1/2 years of a vegetarian diet). I LOVE it and couldn't imagine anything else for me.
