Dinner at the new Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse in North Charleston

This is a new (only) Brazilian Steakhouse in Charleston.  For those of you who aren't familiar with Brazilian steakhouses, the way they typically work is it's a fixed price buffet that includes all you can eat HUGE Salad/Buffet Bar and varieties of meat (.  The meat is carried around by the waiters on large skewers and when they come by your table they'll ask if you want some and they'll cut pieces off and give it to you, you can ask for Rare to Well Done (they slice it in THAT specific area).  When you want to take a break from eating or try to finish what's already on your plate you flip your card over from green to red telling them not to ask you if you want more.

I've been to quite a few of these and this one is extremely reasonably priced at only $32 per person (according to their website, almost hard to believe!).  They typically go for $50+ If you are not interested in the Rodizio, you may just have their HUGE unlimited buffet/salad bar for only $17.
