Hi Dianne! No more presentations, I am moving to the San Francisco area to help my cousin care for her husband who is late stage ALS. I will be in a Punta Gorda until mid-Aug. Happy to have a class here at my home. Please let me know.

Am I not looking in the correct place for the recipes from Sue's last presentation? I'm excited to get started on the kale salad (bought the kale last week) and I got rice crackers in anticipation of that fantastic dip ... :-)

Thanks for making Kale not taste so 'green' :-)

Sue, great presentation. Thanks for demonstrating that plant based is more than celery and carrots. It was a wonderful way to introduce a new way of cooking ethically and healthfully.

Wonderful opportunity once again to meet with like-minded plant food eaters. Sue gave a very interesting opening detailing personal events in her life to bring her to become a raw vegetable chef. Food was so-o-o-o good. Will place her recipes in my new ways to eat, especially to serve to "WOW" my guests.

Excellent, educational event...I loved it. Once again, I came away with "gifts" that I'll use the rest of my life. Simple, quick methods to prep veggies for beautifully presented foods, I thought I was pretty good with my methods but Sue just enlightened me! Thank you Sue, thank you everyone for all that you share at our events.

Thank you so much for your kind comments, Paula, Anita and Rob, MY pleasure! I truly love making delicious, beautiful food, and then sharing it. Also, if you have a favorite recipe that needs de-fatting, converting recipes and recipe development are one of my specialties. Recipes will be coming tomorrow!

Sue made the black and white bean falafel, the amazing chia seed pudding, and the awesome granola balls, all giant hits at Dr. Dulaney's MeetUp! She is one talented chef! Wait till you see what else she can do! Sue has an amazing gift with food, but that's just one of her many talents. I cannot wait for her presentation!

Please join us as I demo one of my signature salads, appropriately named by one of my students, "Kick-Ass Kale Salad"! See for yourself how easy it is to incorporate a wealth of health into your diet by using "normal" ingredients.
