I'm excited to explore passive solar power and panels and would love to meet someone living in a Tiny House! Do they relish a life unfettered by so much stuff or miss any creature comforts that come with having more space? I'm curious about the emotional revelations involved in that type of lifestyle transition as much as the environmental benefits.
Unfortunately, I'm still living pretty...umm, what's the color opposite green? I take 3 minute showers and recycle whatever goes into the city supplied bin, but that's about where it ends. I have a rain barrel that has sat unconnected in my neglected back yard for a year. I guess I've made many half-hearted and ill-planned attempts at transitioning to a greener lifestyle. This seems like a better approach.
I have had a passing interest in alternative, sustainable construction methods for about 12 years - guess it hasn't passed yet. I would love to eventually do a workshop at http://www.caneloproject.com. It's one of those things I think I'll get to when I grow up, like travel to each continent, get fit, figure out how to program my thermostat...until then, I'd like to learn more ways to live green.
Hi...hmm, Eco-friendlians? I'm excited to learn more about going green and look forward to meeting all of you!
