Come relax body and mind and enjoy a heart opening movement experience followed by the Meditation on Twin Hearts for World Peace.
The movement portion dynamically combines elements of gentle yoga, Qi Gong, ethnic dance, and expressive movement therapy. Set to and inspired by world music, all energy and ability levels welcome - no experience needed.
The guided meditation is by Master Choa Kok Sui and is perfect for both new comers as well as seasoned mediators. It is a way of doing service to the World and yourself at the same time!! It deepens one in their sense of peace on all levels.

Parking: park at back of building off Hamorton Place, when you enter the main entrance (this entrance has a prominent International House Sign) from this parking lot, you will come into a short hallway, at the end turn to the left. Turn left one more time at the end and Room 208 will be on the left at the end of this hallway (basically keep left). Please ask instructor for door code for future classes so you can come in the door closest to the classroom. The building looks like a brick school house and is almost across the street from the new Harris Teeter on Central Ave.
