I thought Steve did a great high-level on usability testing and the ending test was pretty funny (since epicenter's site kinda bit it). I'd love to see a part 2 on this topic that dove further into the details and/or a full usability session with steve facilitating (hour or so test)

I thought that Steve did an excellent job explaining the importance and tactics behind user testing. The live demo was both scary (for the team behind the epicenter movie theater's site - yikes!) and incredibly useful to showcase what can go right, and what can go wrong during a live interaction. More importantly, Steve demonstrated how to handle unexpected issues during a session.

This was super informative and engaging. Steve knows his stuff, but more importantly knows how to explain it and I think got the group pretty hyped about usability testing. Doing a live demo I think was really helpful too - it was the cherry on top. I appreciated him taking the time out to present!
