Hi there, I'm a software developer and would like to improve my UX skills and awareness. This is something I struggle with as a developer and look to improve in this area.

What kinds of things do you do at your job? (front-end dev, product management, design, etc)

Some front-end dev, but mostly back-end stuff. ASP.NET, SharePoint, SQL. Some PM work and customer interaction depending on the feature.
