Post #: 3
I have a client in University that has a three month to hire opening for a Human Factors Engineer. This person must understand the science and art behind how you design applications (the workflows, the colors, etc.). Must understand complex application design. Experience with Usability testing. *please note that this is not for a UI/UX engineer that would work on web pages, this is some who will work on the actual applications.*

1) Experience with deep application design from a workload perspective
2) Experience with formative type testing and usability testing with end users
3) Provide a portfolio of prior work
