If you go to www.mysticriveryoga.com/practice you can find a download called "A practice for Hips and Thighs".
The books of yoga stretches specifically for meditators are: The Hip Series by Alan Saltzman; and Yoga for Meditators by Charlotte Bell. Both books can be purchased at www.dharma.net/monstore.
I'll bring the Yoga journal article Sunday.
