Fall Land Tour and Bonfire

  • Nov 2, 2013 · 4:00 PM
  • Charlotte Cohousing

The leaves are changing and soon a new season will be upon us.  Come out and see the land in a whole new way!

This time we will be showing folks around and having a bonfire afterwards.  Everyone is welcome even if you are just wanting to learn more about what co-housing is or meet some new people!

Bring chairs, blankets and whatever else you'd like while we enjoy the fire on this gorgeous property.

Have been pondering the question as how to get the Charlotte Cohousing group with a strategy for ownership that makes sense. Came across this statement in the National Association of Housing Cooperatives site:
    http://coophousing.org/resources/owning-a-cooperative/starting-a-new-cooperative/

"A number of senior housing cooperatives have been built in the last decade and a few new cohousing communities have been developed using cooperative ownership."

And they have this document that discusses ways to finance a Co-operative:

    Any thoughts?

There isn't, haha! The weather doesn't look too bad, if you're worried, check here before you head out and we'll let people know if anything changes :)
