I am pretty new to running. Just started in August 2011. I have become inspired by "Born to Run" and I want to learn to run the appropriate way (no-heel and forefoot). I just wanted to find a group where I could get some realtime tips.

I am new to running. I want to become a better runner and improve my form away from heel running to forefoot running. Currently working on my endurance and my weight (currently 255 lbs). I believe once I get down to below 220, I will be able to sustain longer runs (my current long is 7.88 miles in 95 minutes) I am currently concentrating on my heartrate to help sustain my runs longer.
live/run in the steelecreek area. I run during lunch at work for 3.5 miles every other day (Tuesday and Thursday) and on Saturday, I run anywhere from 4miles to 10 miles.
run a 5k by March, a 10k by Summer, a half marathon by end of year and a full marathon by summer 2013.
