This is a really great group of runners! We're supportive of runners of all abilities. You don't have to run a certain pace & you don't have to run races to join. We love running & bringing new people to the sport. We throw great parties too!
Runners are some of the best people you'll ever meet. In this group, you'll find people to run with, people to hang with and often a creative outlet for costume design!
I've been running since Oct. 2003. I've run 6 marathons and dozens of half marathons. I love to travel and have begun a long-term goal of running a race in every state. If you know a good one, let me know.
My favorite place to run is the Dilworth/Eastover area. I love that there are drinking fountains in the neighborhood so I don't have to carry a fuel belt. 10 miles is the perfect distance. Though I do love a good Half Marathon!
Lots! I have a goal to run a 5K in 24 minutes, a marathon in under 4 hours, and to run a race in every state.
Its not just about running, speed or distance. Its more about socializing and wine (beer)!

Hi Audra, im about 3 years late responding to this message :-( I did ING ATL in 2009. What races do you have coming up?
Is there going to be the beer run this year?
Thanks Audra! Good luck with your runs as well :)
same location?
Hi Audra! I missed the track workouts last week, will you be doing it again this evening?
Hi! I'm sorry I haven't responded for a while. I don't check my meet up often. It was great running with the group. I'm still working on the early morning habit..
Thanks Audra! Hope to run with you n other members pretty soon!
Thanks, a friend of mine told me about this site a few days ago and the first thing I looked for a running group. I am really excited I finally found one! Hopefully I can make it to a morning run or an afternoon at the WWC soon.
Thanks Audra! I'm looking forward to running with you guys sometime soon!
Thanks so much!! The trail in the woods is about 1.5 miles at Belmont Abbey, but if you also run around the perimeter road around the campus, it turns out to be a quite hilly 2.5 miles total - and quite beautiful. You will likely see me on the WWC runs as I live about a mile from there.
See you soon!!
