to run in a group, so I don't run by myself
I have been running since I was 16, I used to run long distances (20 miles or more) several days a week, but after a ski accident, my knees are not as strong as they used to be, still ... I continue to run at least 2 miles.

Yes, I would like to run again 10 miles or more in a day, but I worry about my knees, after a ski accident, my knees are not as strong as before, any advice how to run long distances is welcomed.
