28213, I like to run after work in the winter and before work in spring and summer.
I've been running off and on for three years but I'd like to get more serious about it. I come from a family of competitive running and an active lifestyle and am working towards a daily commitment to health. I want to meet more runners and work on my form and endurance. Joining a serious running group will encourage this.
I live in University (for now) so I run in my neighborhood and/or the greenway. Currently I run between 2-4 miles at a time but I want to push further. Future 5ks/mudruns/10ks are my immediate goal this spring and eventually a half marathon and marathon.
Work on my stride and build distance.
