You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
RSVP Policy
Yes RSVPs:
If you do RSVP Yes for an event or Meetup then everyone
involved in the event is expecting you. If you have to change your RSPV on last minute, due to any reason, please notify the event organizer immedietly. If you find you are unable to attend after submitting your Yes
RSVP then please log-in to update your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance. If it is a last minute cancellation, please call
the Event Organizer to let him or her know. All event descriptions will have the Event Organizer's name and number
listed, or email the event organizer.
Arriving Late:
If you are going to be late, please note it in your RSVP comments or email the Event Organizer (if it is
more than 24 hours prior to the event). If it is last minute, please call the Event Organizer to let him or her know. All
event descriptions will have the Event Organizer's name and number listed.
No-Show Policy - PLEASE READ!
A No-Show is when you do not attend the event, even though your
RSVP was YES and you did not contact the Event Organizer.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of no-shows, we have
implemented a policy to discourage no shows.
1st No-Show: We all have things come at the last minute and can't make it at times. We may check-in with you via email, especially if we haven't heard from you within 24 hours
of the event. (If you're a no-show at least extend the courtesy
to send the Event Organizer a brief e-mail explaining why you
were unable to attend.)
2nd No-Show: We will check-in with you via email and reminder
you of our No-Show Policy.
3rd No-Show: You will be removed from the Group, possibly
without notice.
Note: You may not received an email for a no show, but you will be marked as a no show and deleted from the group after 3 strikes, in some cases even the first time and you will not be able to rejoin the group.
