Yes. I like to practice mindfulness during everyday things, but also typically meditate sitting in silence for 10 to 15 minutes. I also like doing yoga occasionally.
Hello my name is Colleen, I'm 23 and have been meditating for about 2 years now, off and on, but more consistently than most I think. I'm new to the area and could just really appreciate and benefit from a meditating community for support! Thanks!
