We own and operate these cameras: Panasonic AG AF100, Canon T2i, a bunch of Canon VIXIA cameras, some older DV cameras like the Canon GL2. Depending on the job we rent other equipment from friends.
Mostly videos intended for Web archiving or distribution, live or VOD streaming.
We have a bunch of light kits ranging from our "Home Depot Kit" to a Lowell Elemental kit. We have other toys too. A mini dolly for DSLRs and light camcorders that runs on skate wheels. A mini jib crane. A bunch of step-ladders hacked to support tripod heads. A hacked MiniDV-Steadicam.
My dream is to start a local hackspace for video producers. As in: Can you hack the lenses off a consumer CMOS camcorder and mount a used Fujinon video ENG lens made for 1/2" CCDs?
