With the onset of Spring and the warmer months of the year, yoga in the park is back in full swing! Come down to Renaissance Park, bring your mat, some water, a towel, yourself, an open mind, and an open heart - and maybe a friend or two :)
The class format will be 20 mins of yin warm up, followed by 30 mins of power, and ended with a nice and relaxing 20 mins of a seated series/yin.
Come learn the voice and intellect of your body and accept where and who you are. All levels welcome!
Suggested donation is $5 per person.
