This is a group for anyone interested in Zen seated meditation (zazen). Beginners and all experience levels welcomed. Instruction is offered on what to do with the mind and the body in zazen. We will have two periods of quiet sitting meditation with a walking meditation (kinhin) in between. Please wear comfortable clothing, sitting cushions are provided. Come join us! We will meet every Wednesday evening at 8pm at the Center for Mindful Living starting Nov 18, 2015. Zen Meditation Instruction (ZMI) is offered Wed evenings at 8pm. Donations are accepted.
