I moved to Chattanooga in 2004. While I miss Michigan, particularly hiking the U.P. with its amazing waterfalls and sights, I'm loving the beautiful area I now live in and look forward to more outdoor exploring with new and old friends.

How did you hear about Chattanooga Hiking Meetup?

A friend and fellow hiker.

I had originally opted out--thought we were Cub Scout camping this weekend. We thought better of it when I looked at the forecast for tomorrow night & Sunday :) Besides, Capt. America opens tomorrow!! Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday.

Yeah, we had to head back. Vincent had sax practice & Daniel still had to start working on his Pinewood Derby car. Looks like the additional side routes were fun, have to try them next time.

Nice to meet you, too! I'll definitely be around some more. Gotta start getting out of the house before I go stir crazy!

Old-timey drinks and excessive amounts of food will make you do longer hikes without feeling like you're going to die. :)

Great to see you as well. Are you the leader for the Stringer's Ridge hike on Nov. 3? If so, I am hoping to make that hike too. My team won against Tennessee in a great competitive game.
