While you do not have to have taken one of Chef AJ's healthy food preparation classes to participate, it is helpful if you are at least somewhat familiar with the reasons behind this eating style.
The group will meet at AJ's in Sherman Oaks the third Sunday of every month and.

If you do not like friendly, well behaved service/therapy dogs than this is NOT the group for you.
