This meeting will include the distribution of the Week 3 menus and recipes along with a cooking demonstration and lecture on topics pertaining to the Engine 2 Plant Strong program.
Even if you are not part of the 28-Day Challenge, this meeting will be informative and helpful to anyone wanting to incorporate more fruits and veggies into their diet and take their diet to the next healthy level.
For all of you 28-Day Challengers that may have "fallen off the wagon", this meeting is a good way to reboot your commitment to better eating habits and get back on track.
