RYA Day Skipper Course.
We're lining up an RYA instructor from an approved cruising school, to deliver a 7 week theory course covering all the theory you'll need to know, should you decide to get your own boat, or take one out on charter.
The course is an introductory course, and you need no sailing experience to start the course.
We'll run the course only if we reach the required numbers, so that we can keep the course price low, so if you're interested, get your name on the list early so we can plan ahead with our instructor.
The course will run right in the centre of Chelmsford so you'll be able to jump straight off the train and into your class on your way home.
Each week you'll spend 3 hours with your instructor and on the final week, spend a full weekend completing the syllabus and preparing for your exam.
Wow hold on there! Ok we said exam, but don't let that worry you, you'll be fully prepared for it and have had the opportunity to complete many similar exercises through the weeks.
Here's the dates for the course:
20 Feb - 27 Feb - 6 March - 13 March - 20 March - 27 March - 03 April and the weekend 06/07 April 2013
