"Create your own River Species Puppets and Costumes" is a workshop that meets March 3-May 9 on every Wednesday from 6-9pm (costume workshop) and every Saturday from 12-4pm (puppet workshop). Participants work with Earth Celebrations' resident artists to create the spectacular puppets and costumes for the parade inspired by the native species and habitats of the Hudson River. Come out and create with us!

The "Earth Celebrations Hudson River Pageant" is a parade of spectacular costumes, giant puppets, and live musical bands. It includes stops along the piers and significant sites for performances, poems, songs, and dances. It celebrates the history, current issues, and future restoration of the river. The pageant takes place on Saturday May 12 from 12-1-5pm (Rain date is Sunday May 13). FEATURING: Oyster Planting, River Cleansing, Live Fish Release, and Boat Dance
