All of the above. Relaxation is important, staying fit is always a goal, and finding activities that take me out doors while doing the first two is the real key.
My goals include improving my paddling skills but also to find new places to kayak. Finally, would really like to find someone to help me to figure out how I can load and unload the kayak from the top of my van without dropping it on me or dragging it down the side of the van! This is the major obstacle to me going kayaking.
