So what can be more fun than a Vegfest!

According to the website: Philly Vegfest will celebrate the wonderful veg food available in Philadelphia and celebrate the endless benefits of a plant-based diet. This FREE event will feature all kinds of vegetarian foods, vegan cooking demos, health and nutritional information, and more. The Humane League is thrilled to be sponsoring this inaugural event!

Where we'll meet: Outside, of the Headhouse district office building, under the archway (Pine street side - building has a big clock on it.) Cell:[masked] if you need help finding us.

What we will do: Visit exhibitor booths, look around go to some lectures if we feel like it. Stay as long as you want, it closes at 4 or leave whenever you like.

Directions:
in the centrally located Headhouse District at "The Shambles", the iconic open-air space at 2nd & Pine in one of the most historic sections of Philadelphia. Convenient to bus routes 12, 40 & 57, and a ten minute walk from the 2nd Street Market subway stop. Metered street parking is widely available and there are garages nearby as well.

    This Veg fest was a fun event with lots of people crowded under the pavilion. The highlights were the food vendors - with even a sneak peak of the new V Street restaurant. It was also good to meet and talk to new people. Thanks.
