Here is the three course menu that Chef Jon has come up with.
First Course: Gazpacho du Jour
Second Course: Achiote seared Watermelon "Steak" served with a Tropical Fruit Salsa, Grilled Asparagus, and Coconut infused Quinoa
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake with a Coconut Whipped Cream topping.
Cost is $35 per person (not including tax and tip)
