An Introduction to Graph Databases - Ade Nichols

... with examples in Neo4j. Social networks, generate massive amounts of interconnected data – who knows whom, where do they all hang out, what groups are they members of, etc, etc, etc.

Graph databases are used to model these relationships (edges) between entities (nodes) and provide fast, efficient store-and-retrieve functionality for this type of data. Hi Marc, unfortunately I've not been able to get hold of anyone to record the session; I will be putting the short slide deck, sample code, and database files on to a public GitHub repo.
