They are pretty good if you are looking for a travel agent, but if you just need to book the flight I would recommend calling Mexicana's local Mexican reservations office (they usually speak Spanish, but you should be able to find someone that speaks some English). You can make the booking on the phone and pay for it when you get to Cancun airport for the connection.
