Barefoot/Minimalist Run and Techniques Talk With
Meet up info: Come for a morning running session with Paul and Yulia Tarbath. We will start at 8:30am in Chiang Mai and set off to a local stadium just outside town. Then, Paul and Yulia will go through barefoot/minimalist running techniques, which will be followed by interval track running. Bring your comfortable shoes or come barefoot. Remember to wear a hat and have a bottle of water with you! Paul and Yulia Tarbath are raw foodists, coaches and promoters.
If you are new to running you can ride your bicycle with HandyMan to the Stadium to listen to the talk and ride around the track.
