Explore your Entrepreneurial Sides!

Chic Geek is hosting Canada's FIRST EVER Startup Weekend Women's Edition! It's an opportunity for women to explore entrepreneurship in a safe, supportive environment.

     Friday, November 8th - Sunday, November 10th
     [masked] Ave NW (ACAD)
Earlybird Tickets: $75 (available until October 18th)

In 54-hours, you'll find a team, develop an idea and build a startup! You don't need to come with an idea or love public speaking. All skill levels and backgrounds are welcome!

This is an opportunity to meet other like-minded women and build a meaningful network. We're also bringing in some amazing Calgary women who have started their own companies to provide guidance and feedback.

Gentlemen, you're welcome to come too - the only caveat is that you need to bring a lady friend :)

Earlybird registration is open until October 18th. Please note that you can register for this event on Meetup, but you need to purchase a ticket from Eventbrite. Visit  http://calgary.startupweekend.org/ for more information.

Thrilling. Inspirational. Energizing. I can't think of a more supportive, limit-pushing learning experience with people who make you think, laugh, and take action! Thank you for putting on an unforgettable event!

That's awesome! It's going to be a lot of fun. And I think Pam Boytinck just did an email intro for us today :) It'll be nice to meet in person this weekend!

Sorry to cancel. I'm starting a new job on November 12 and need to prep.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
