Enterprise Agile Made Easy

Your organization is successfully using agile at the team (project) level. But what next? At some point you will inevitably be faced with questions like these:

How do I respond when a critical initiative, which requires work in one team's area of expertise, exceeds the team's capacity?

How much detail must I provide before an initiative can be funded?

How do I track development and deployments that have dependencies across numerous projects.

Some organizations adopt inappropriate approaches to answer such questions and thereby limit their ability to add value to the business. Yet, some organizations have simplified these uncertainties with an enterprise agile model.

Enterprise agile is the holistic application of agile principles in a large and complex software organization that develops interrelated systems, or "systems of systems." This model is essential to consistently delivering high-value, high-quality software within given business constraints.

This presentation, Enterprise Agile Made Easy, is an opportunity to discuss your challenges and gain insight into how large organizations have found success. Our presenters are Mark Kovacevich and David Kaiser, Product Specialist and Enterprise Account Director, respectively with Version One.

The meet up will begin at 5:30 pm with networking, food and beverages.

The presentation is from 6:00 to 6:45 pm.

We'll conclude with a deep dive into your specific organizational challenges, 6:45 to 7:30 pm.
