Basic french bread, Neapolitan style pizza, bread rolls with various fillings.
I have finished building my brick oven last fall and am so far making a lot of Neapolitan style pizzas. I would like to experiment with different types of bread using wild yeast starters. I would be able to contribute my experience with wood fired baking.
