To be a member and to perform, you should be able to perform at Bach Invention or Chopin Waltz. Note: To attend the recital, you do not need to be a member. But to play, you must be a member and meet the requirements.
It is important that you are at an intermediate/advanced level of playing on the piano, which is why we require you to attend one meetup before being placed on the playbill. Is this acceptable to you?

Strategy consultant with the lingering passion of a performing artist. Classical pianist and dancer.
The group was founded in 2010. The main goal is to provide opportunities for adults who are really into performing classical piano in public. At the time, there was no such a group, therefore, with the support of Piano Forte, we are able to form this amazing group.
We play on a Fazioli grand piano located at Piano Forte Foundation, 1335 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago.
To be a member and to perform, you must be able to play at the level of Chopin Waltz or Bach Invention, i.e. intermediate/advanced. To be placed on the playbill to play you must first attend one meetup so we can all get to know you. Members not intending to play and non-members can attend our meetups at any time
We can accommodate only 12-15 people per recital, therefore, each spot is valuable. If, for any reason, you are not able to come, please advise me ASAP. Last minute cancellation will put you at a lower priority in the following concerts. We would like to have members who are eager to play, and who take this recital seriously.
