Currently I have started running barefoot for the last 2 to 3 miles of my outdoor routes and fully barefoot on the treadmill when it's too miserable outside. I would like to transition my outdoor runs to full barefoot.
To simply enjoy the freedom!
I have been a casual runner most of his life. Switched to minimalist style running about 5 years back, transitioned to VFF's over a year ago and lately find myself running barefoot more often.
I am Chicago web developer who enjoys running whenever I can fit it into my busy schedule. When I'm not in front of a computer I enjoy traveling, being outdoors (camping, hiking, fishing, etc...), photography and a good IPA.
