To learn the basic technique I guess.
I want to run marathons at some point!
Been running on and off ever since I was about 13. I run a lot now. I do use a treadmill a lot (forgive me!) I weight lift as well and I do run outside during the summer.
Nothing I can think of besides that I'm excited to meet the people on the BFR site!
