At the last meetup...

Abelard Lindsay, creator of CILTEP, gave a presentation about the history of this new nootropic, his experience developing the product, and the impact people have felt using it. If you want to learn more, check out his podcast on the Bulletproof Exec Radio and Smart Drug Smarts.

Now it's time for us to experiment (if you are interested). CILTEP is sold on and they've given our group a 15% off discount (coupon code is EXPERIMENTABLE).

• Dosage: 3 pills in the morning before eating.

• Measuring the results: use Lumosity's brain shift game, Cambridge Brain Sciences grammatical reasoning game, or set up a personal test using Quantified-Mind.

Lastly, for cool tweets about nootropics, follow Abelard on twitter @ciltep.

At this upcoming meetup...

We'll start this meetup with a roundtable discussion of everyone's experience using CILTEP.

Then, Dr. Sam Effarah, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in neurofeedback and quantitative EEGs, will be giving a talk about neurofeedback technology, the research behind it, and his experiences using it. As always, there will be plenty of time for Q&A. We'll end by discussing how we, as a group, can experience it ourselves.

Here's some info about neurofeedback from Dr. Effarah's site.

For more context, check out this Bulletproof podcast about Neurofeedback and this article where Dave claims neurofeedback to be the "Porsche of brain upgrades".

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
