I have coded a lot of numerical algorithms in C++. I posted my take on
the NetwonRaphson method, and it is linked from Wikipedia's entry on
Newton's method:

I coded this using functor's and templates, so it can use an
implementation of real numbers.
Your book sounds really interesting. I will be putting it on my wish
list of books to read.
I would love to go to your presentation on Saturday, but I am in
Florida now. I pass through Chicago frequently, as I have had many
customers there.
Perchance, if someone is looking for a C++/Quant with lots of
experience in low latency trading and derivatives, please contact me.
I am looking for work.
