Should the C/C++ Users Group adopt the bylaws drawn up by the interim committee?

The interim steering committee of the Chicago C/C++ Users Group has drawn up bylaws for the organization at http://ccug.chicago.il.us/bylaws. If adopted these bylaws will govern the organization as it evolves into an ACM SIGPLAN affiliate.
