This is for Members of KNL or 10 Pass Users who have attended at least 5 CG Core Strength Training Sessions. There will be NO TRAINER at this session. We will start with 20 minutes of cardio (your choice) and move on to the weight machines and then the back room for Abs and a little boxing.
Intensity: Moderate (WOW, I'm sweating but having fun)
Fitness Level: Muscle Mamma (you're gonna get pushed a bit)
