This is a small group training session specifically for our group. Cost is $11.00 per attendee and pre-payment is required prior to RSVP. We must have 5 people to hold the session and there is max number of 10.
Moderate - We do jump rope and sprints from time to time, but modifications are available - most exercises are sitting/standing
Moderate - you will challenge yourself but at your own pace - you select your weights.
Getting Stronger - you've started some basic exercise and movement - but you havent' done weight training before
In these sessions - you get the benefit of group exercise using weight machines, hand weights and other tools, little cardio and core exercises to mention the benefit of the oversight a personal trainer...to show you how to do it correctly!
Karla our trainer is awesome. She is very careful to be sure that we get a good workout for our current fitness level.
It's a great way to keep you on your fitness program and to learn skills to take back into your own gym or home exercise.
