This is a small group circuit/interval session with Rod Mason of Holistic Fitness at H.E.R.O Fitness near Elston and Armitage.
It is a circuit/interval training class that incorporate free weights, cardio and floor work - we do not use gym machines. Lots of in place arms and back and ab/core work.
Low - no jumping or significant pressure on knees
Moderate - the warmup can be a little intense - but otherwise it's not a lot of cardio.
Getting Stronger - we work muscles to failure/exhaustion - weights can always be modified but the goal is that you do reps of muscle group until they don't want to do anything anymore.
We have fun in this class - laugh a lot, moan and groan together - so it is not like going to some random bootcamp.
We must have 5 members to have the class. Max class size is 10. You pay when you sign up and I pay the trainer. Cost is $10.61 ($10 class / 0.61 Paypal fee)
