3/11 - Monday PM Small Group Strength Training at Know No Limits Fitness

This is a small group training session that the folks at Know No Limits Fitness Studio have set up specifically for our members. Cost is $11 per attendee and pre-payment is required prior to RSVP. We must have 5 people to hold the session.

Moderate - We do jump rope and sprints from time to time, but modifications are available - most exercises are sitting/standing

Moderate - you will challenge yourself but at your own pace - you select your weights.

Fitness Level
Getting Stronger - you've started some basic exercise and movement - but you haven't' done weight training before

In these sessions - you get the benefit of group exercise using weight machines, hand weights and other tools, little cardio and core exercises to mention the benefit of the oversight a personal trainer...to show you how to do it correctly!  Karla our trainer is awesome.  She is very careful to be sure that we get a good workout for our current fitness level.  That's key.

It's a great way to keep you on your fitness program and to learn skills to take back into your own gym or home exercise.

      My arms and shoulders hurt quite a bit. :P Not quite sure why. And Val, you better be there at kettlebell tonight. It'll be fun! And by fun I mean, "Ugh..." :D

Your organizer's refund policy for 3/11 - Monday PM Small Group Strength Training at Know No Limits Fitness

Refunds offered if:

  • the Meetup is cancelled
  • the Meetup is rescheduled
  • you can cancel at least 1 day(s) before the Meetup

Additional notes: When class is completely full and a waiting list present, you must cancel 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or transfer funds to a future class. This is so that I have ample time to notify the waiting list people to keep the class full.

Payments you make go to the organizer, not to Meetup. You must make refund requests to the organizer.
